How Sovereign Digital Group Ltd collects and uses your data on FixNowTT Protected, under the Data Protection Act of Trinidad & Tobago.
1. What we collect
Account details from SOV ID (name, email), the jobs you post or bid on, messages, and — for pros — verification documents and payout details.
2. How we use it
To run the marketplace: match jobs to pros, process escrow payments, verify pros, prevent fraud, and support disputes.
3. Contact sharing
Customer and pro contact details are only exchanged after a job is funded, and only for that job. They are never shown on public pages or cached.
4. Verification documents
Pro ID and selfie documents are used solely for verification, reviewed by authorised staff, and are not shown publicly.
5. Your rights
You may request access to or correction of your data. Email [email protected].
6. Retention
We keep records as long as needed to run the service and meet legal and financial obligations.
